The First page ackowledges Andy Truong as a student of Jow Gar. It then goes on to describe how the different kung fu systems and styles, although different in some ways, are very similar and it is only the hardwork and training of the individual that makes the true difference between success or failure.
This recipe book contains the Jow Gar philosphy, forms and techniques that are the back bone of our syllabus, as handed down from generation to generation.
The second page is an out take from the "Offspring" or Mother form Kune Jong (zhong). This is said to be the form that all others come from.
